It's a little hard to find really good brisket over here because most places are focused on pork and chicken.

They catered a Texas Bowl Tailgate for me for about 150 folks. Great BBQ.

Truth! The last time we went to the Birmingham Bowl (and after considerable arm twisting to not get ribs or brisket at the usual haunts), I tried this and it truly was amazing.

My problem is I like damn near every kind of BBQ, so just picking one to get is damn near impossible.
