If UCF was motivated they would be up by 20 points

I live in Athens Ohio and the love here for him is unbelievable. I see LSU jerseys here all the time.

UCF has given up 336 yards and 4 passing TDs to Joe Freakin' Burrow. Thor Odinson Lawrence would be out of the game and Chase Brice getting some playing time by now if they played Clemson.

LSU receiver drops easy TD pass, keeping UCF in the game. Will UCF luck ever end?

If UCF had the starting QB they wouldn't have lost by more than that school in South Bend.

You are so obviously jealous of UCF. You forgot about the pass the UCF receiver dropped that would have been an easy TD?

The starting QB isn't the one getting torched by a pedestrian offense. Milton is good but this UCF OL is absolute garbage. Any decent DL would be in his face all game long.

Milton is a good QB but he's not a miracle worker. He isn't going to make the DL & linebackers defend the run, the secondary cover wide recievers, or the Ol actually block.

ND beat Ball State by 8 points. 8 points! At home.

NIU beat them by that much on the road. And we were not good this year.

No. The fact is UCF just is not that good, not a top 10 school. Sagarin says they are about equal with Fresno State and those two are a touchdown better than any other G5 school, but a touchdown worse than the other NY6 schools. They are pretty good, just not top 10.

Clemson scraped by Syracuse at home while Notre Dame blew them out on the road so Notre Dame should have beat Clemson right?

Notre Dame played Ball State when Wimbush was their QB and their offense was totally different. It's one of the reasons why they made the switch to Book.

And as I type that Burrow takes advantage of Milton being out and completes a 42 yard pass to get the ball in the redzone. McKenzie Milton should have won the Heisman because there's never been a player so good they are responsible for piss poor secondary play as a QB.

The talent gap is starting to show now.

There is a lot of announcer chatter about UCF and it’s hard not to agre with them, especially about playing by the big boys rules until you are one of them.

So UCF should be in the playoff, but alas, here we are. All the same, a great matchup, should be an excellent game. Here's hoping we dominate. CHARGE ON!

Besides an undefeated record against a so-so schedule, what else made UCF deserving of a Top 4 spot this season?

Total domination by LSU.

UCF is lucky to have the score as close as it is.

16 points going against an inexperienced freshman QB is total domination?

LSU are clearly more motivated. Playing last year's National Champions, it's their Super Bowl.

UCF already have their P6 conference championship already, this is just a vacation.

It’s unfortunate that neither team was at their best—anti-climactic.

It’s even crazier considering that 8 of LSUs defensive starters are out of this game.
