Pathetic isn't it. He has not had problems all year. Today it is just horrific.
Whoa dude! I didn’t write that. That was a Tech fan. I don’t know how that quote got attributed to me.

Liberty won at New Mexico this year. Lame excuse
It's not an excuse, it's just a fact. It's not why we're losing but it didn't help.
Congrats on a solid season, and on your third consecutive bowl game, but when we lost 23-20 in that same bowl game a couple years ago against 9-4 UNM in their own home stadium, I don't recall a single Roadrunner bringing up altitude. I could be wrong of course, but I just don't recall. I'm sure someone will look it up, which is fine with me. At any rate, tough way to end a season.

Funny thing is, they’re saying how CUSA sucks, but UNT lost to a ranked USU team while their CONFERENCE RUNER UP got buttplugged by a .500 Tulane team.

Bowl games mean very little and not indicative of team strength. It's all based on emotion for the bowls. I am impressed with what North Texas has accomplished with Seth. Games like this today happen, North Texas fans should enjoy the season and get ready for the next one.

Guys, that was embarrassing. Yes, we lost Fine. Yes, we didn’t have Rico Bussey Jr. But neither of those guys play on defense. It is also a sign of not focusing on preparing our backup QBs whatsoever.

Worst excuse Ive seen in a looooooong loooooooong time. Marshall played in the New Mexico Bowl last year and didn't have that problem. If you have that kind of problem and it's a legit problem then you have to question UNTs strength and conditioning staff, things like that are their responsibilities.

If the offense can control the ball it can keep the opposing offense on the sidelines for a longer time giving it fewer possessions. Yes, having Fine out of the game hurts the defense.

We had that problem versus Va Tech. The kids didn’t want to play that game. You could tell. It happens.

Eh, Utah St. already put up 21 by the beginning of the 2nd Quarter, they were already running away with the game before the defense had time to get gassed. Also, North Texas won the Time of Posession by 7 minutes, it's not like their defense was on the field most of the game. Utah St. was just really efficient at scoring.

Geez, imagine how bad it would’ve been if NT hadn’t won the TOP.

I believe he is talking "Altitude" not "Attitude".
And it wouldn't surprise me to see Josh Jackson transfer before next year. Ryan Willis is 10x better than Jackson. Jackson overthrows anything past 15 yards.

Tough loss. I think that if Fine had remained healthy, and in the game that the whole game plays out differently. Not sure that you’d have won it in the end, but it certainly would have been a closer contest.
When Fine went down, you lost your ability to counter punch.
Congratulations on a great season.

The altitude issue is real. When LA Tech played in the WAC for 12 years, we talked about it all the time. It's not a 52-13 (or whatever) kind of issue.....but it's a real issue for the players to adjust to. I'm kind of surprised we don't hear more about it when CUSA teams play at UTEP. The altitude is 3,740 ft in El Paso. It's 5,312 ft in Albuquerque.
