Currently, T-Rank rates the American better than the Pac 12.

Our noncon record is much better than theirs this year. 107-42 or 72% vs 87-56 or 60%.

Last year, we were 103-45 or 70%

2017 we were 85-50 or 63%

2016 = 89-48 or 65%

UCLA gets blown out by Liberty to make an 0-4 start to the day.

At this point, the difference between the two leagues is the very bottom. The bottom two PAC teams have ratings in the 160s. The bottom two teams in the AAC (ECU and Tulane) are pushing the mid 200s and low 300s.

And there's the reason why we can't jump them.

Also, a little fun fact while I'm looking at numbers, ECU has the second worst schedule in the nation currently. 352 out of 353. That's just not even trying. Yes, I know you're in new coach mode, but damn.

Based on RPI (yes, I know it's a flawed metric), only SMU and Tulane are worse than our best OOC opponent (Georgia Tech).


I really don't see us beating anyone in conference play besides Tulane.
