MSU has had more opportunities in front of the net, but our chances netted one goal. We have to keep them on their heels on the defensive side in the second half. 1-0 Dukes.

Well, it was offsides. Clearly. So, I wouldn't call it lucky. But, I know what you mean.

Even the MSU guys knew it was offsides as they didn't protest at all.

Will welcome some unbiased announcers, though these guys aren't terrible. I think the camera guy has been smoking weed. But, I'll cut him some slack as he's likely out in the freezing cold rain.

Yep. Bizarre random analogy I admit, but at times that half felt like the scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark movie when the guy started doing all the fancy sword swinging and then Indiana Jones just takes his gun out and shoots him.

MSU did a lot of fancy footwork and all, but the Dukes pulled their gun out and shot one in the net...as if to say you guys can pass it all you want but the only thing that matters on the scoreboard is goals in net.

Field has to be really slick now with rain on it for the past 20+ minutes. Keeping their feet - especially in the defensive backfield - will be critical. Don't give them anything cheap. Let's go Dukes!!
