Which is quite obvious when you hear him talk. I have a lot of respect for him.

He reminds me a heck of a lot of Gary Gilmore.

The reality is, not many. You won't find many coaches in non-power programs who are ok with winning at a high level at their school. Both have had chances to leave. They've both chosen to stay and make their programs relevant. Both have been to Omaha and one has won a title.

They really don't make many like those two anymore.

No they do not! We also have Kevin Schnall, who choose to come back to be the AHC, after being offered the HC job at UCF. He is a class act, and our program will be in good hands when Gilly retires at the end of his contract.

GaSo has now used four different pitchers to get one out in the top of the third. And it's not like the game is out of hand, App has gotten one run so far.

App is up 4-2 in the third with one out and runners on second and third. GS is on their 4th pitcher this inning for some reason.

And we can continue to see how many runners we can strand. Their pitcher needs a GPS to find home plate and we swing at everything.

It's not really that we're playing horrible, just not as smart as we usually play.

AState and the Cajuns are 2-2 Bottom 7. Red Wolves have thrown 2 runners out at home today.

Looking at the rest of the schedule, we'd better become Road Warriors . . . or it's gonna be a FUGLY Finish . . .
