AD search to begin immediately guided by Mike Alden.

Lots of reasons for what happened today, some business, some personal. Mr. Farmer did a decent job, but we're moving on.

The presence of Alden in the search tells me, we're knocking this one out of the park.

Just a couple years ago you guys were claiming him and Hud were the best in the conference. All the fund raising, stadium additions and on field success. Now he's reassigned and the Cajun fan base is essentially MIA.
HUD, yes...farmer? No...HUD is way more responsible for the influx of money and facilities. Hud basically secured the majority of the funding the the stadium renovations and APC himself. Our softball coach got his stadium built. Our baseball coach and president are responsible for the baseball stadium. Our president has had to clean up Farmers mess and lies on several occasions. I know a big reason a lot of Cajun fans no longer post here is the conference and our conference mates refusing to acknowledge our branding request....stay tuned on that until tomorrow with regards to the conference office. Scott Farner is a good administrator, he is good at paperwork.

Don't know too many who felt that way, and I know a few. Your other comment...eh.

Hire Teis. He moves you conferences, gets a stadium built, and hires coaches with a name you might recognize. What could go wrong?

If you want to go to CUSA, he has a PowerPoint template ready to go.

The Cajuns named an interim AD. The search won't begin in earnest until after Jan. 1.

Dr. Leger will do a solid job in the interim.

I second this.

He's probably going to need a job soon anyways.
