Just had the chance to read the article but really enjoyed it. Obviously the loss of Rashad Robinson was really disappointing for him as a player and for the team. I hope it is an opportunity for both of them to shine as the star of the defense and get at amount of next level looks they both deserve.

Love any and all JFM coverage. They used a static photo of him playing against UNC. Not his finest game, so bury that film! He has improved a ton since then.

...2019 NFL Mock Draft (full 7 rounds) has JF'nM going late 3rd round (read: Day 2) at the 91st pick (Chargers).

Hoping to hear in the next week (perhaps next couple of days) that he gets an invite to the NFL Combine. The Invitees list was released on Feb. 6th last year, though some guys start to tweet their invitation before the NFL releases the official list.

He told me that per Hogs Haven, he had to use Getty Images to get the picture, and that was the best he could do.

My son, a Chargers fan, would be stoked if they drafted Jimmy.

Unfortunately Jimmy is not listed on the list of Combine invitees released at NFL.com today

That's disappointing, however, I'm still hoping he'll hear his name called on draft day.

The new AAF league begins tonight on CBS. Most in the US will not get the Apollos game featuring Ankrah and Hyman though. It may be available to stream online.

Agree. I’m actually pretty shocked he’s not invited after all the love he got at both all star games and the media attention.

Hoping the falcons draft him so I can wear my JMU gear back to Benz stadium... odd, but I was the only one I saw wearing JMU Dukes gear at the super bowl, but there was only 1 more person wearing Rams gear from what I recall

Quick! Someone help BDK get out from under there!

The Apolos game started sloppy on both teams offensively, but then orlando played well on defense, their offense started to click and it was entertaining from there.

It’s not clear if Orlando’s defensive front will be that good or Atlanta just had a bad o line. Only time will tell when they play more teams.

Hyman had a few catches but I never saw Ankrah out there, or at least involved in meaningful action if he was.

I don’t even follow the NFL. Only watched a few playoff games (didn’t even know who was in the playoff until after they started) & the Super Bowl). I’m sure I’m not the only one who was unaware of yet another in a long line of attempts at a pro startup league.
