I am sad. And disappointed. Poor form was deriding those of us who had the "audacity" to warn folks not to count their chickens before they hatched.
I agree. People with sources should just pipe it down and let the process play out.
Define sources.
pickwick tiger said there was a board where people who really know whats going on hang out. I wish he or strat would tell us little people whats going on
You've never heard done deal from me. Hopeful and maybe confident but not done deal and certainly no shaming anyone for different opinions. Even those who shamed the done deal people which was done frequently and viciously.
What I find interesting is how easily people have given up and are ready to accept the end without a rationale or even a comment from the Memphis side. It's another version of the done deal crowd in reverse. That's a shame.

You're going to half to be a little more literal than that. You see, apparently our academics suck, so I have too diminished a capacity for metaphor and/or simile. Are you telling us not to cry (i.e. the salt reference)? Or are you telling us not to rub salt in our wound? Or is this some Yankee colloquialism with which we are not familiar? We are literally too stupid to understand you. Please help.

He was simply making an observation. And if you think Cincinnati is a Yankee town, then you just poured gasoline over your own post.

Reply option #2:
Yes, he was making an observation, but unfortunately, I didn't understand the the part that I made bold. So I thought I'd ask, but ask in a way that was prescient to the latest theory as to why we were cut in the first round of cuts.
In regard to whether or not Cincinnati is a Northern or Southern city, here is a map I found on the interwebs. I don't know... it looks fancy and official enough:

They are NOT going to comment. Have you not been paying attention? Now maybe Fred Smith will pour in 400 million more into facilities or whatever. What do you suggest us peons do? Clap clap clap like Josh Pastner? Smh
So, you're saying Cincinnati is south of the Mason-Dixon line and I just don't know it? Or are you saying that the people who live in Cincinnati skew southern? I don't get what you are saying. Damn. It must be that lack of academic prowess by the UofM again... ARGGGGGG Damn YOU UofM!!!!! You didn't teach me to read minds!!!!!

No, I'm say stop living minute to minute withe the hourly Internet news. Have a little patience for the real report. Negative or positive it's worth the wait. And yes I've been paying attention, just not acting like a lemming.
