There was a call in the 4th inning of the first game today where the 3B bobbled the ball, threw it to first in time, but the 1B was a good imperical foot off the bag. Ump called it out, the third of the inning. Two umpire conferences later where the 1B insisted he was out to the home ump and the third-base ump, our runners finally left the bases to play the next inning. Would have had bases loaded with our best hitter then. GaSo immediately got 3 runs afterward. Lost 8-6.

Easily the worst baseball call I've ever seen in college ball. We lost the other two games this weekend but that one burns my chaps.

Pretty terrible week for Arkansas State Athletics overall.

We've all been there. Hang in there. Arkansas State is a well run department overall and this is a bump in the road. Our team was highly underrated will be in the top half or third if the SBC this year.

3-3 after 3. Harrington pulls our starter after 2.2 innings and giving up the 3 runs. Control issues and he "saw enough" per Tweets.

4-0 AState Top 8. Our #3 starter throws 7 shutout innings, our #2 starter allows 2 runs in 7 innings, our #1 starter gives up 7 runs in 4 innings.

Methinks we might want to juggle our weekend rotation a little bit.
