ie ULM's appearances were all Autobids.

Officially, UL-L only has 6 appearances, since 4 of the appearances have been wiped from the record books.

The two vacated appearances in the early 70's were highly questionable and were in large part due to a previous immoral, unethical, and racially motivated NCAA probation in the late 60's. There's a book detailing everything, and many older UL fans can talk to you at length about it. From an outsider's perspective, like yours, all of the NCAA punishment administered to the UL basketball team during those years should be taken with a grain of salt.
