Question for Cajun Softball fans
I know this hasn't been brought up lately, the whole out of sight out of mind thing, but how is Coach Loteif doing? Has his health improved?

This might give a hint how his health might be for at least coaching daily:

UL Softball adds two former players to Staff:

Is it cancer? I'm hoping he's able to beat it and make a full recovery.

I am no expert or know anything official but we saw his wife at the TxSt game and when we ask that question I will not quote her but it didn't sound to encouraging. I am at least hoping he'll do the home games. Still praying for him

Most likely his last season as the full time head coach. I just don't see him having the energy to make it through a full season. His passion and drive is without question, but I think he is gonna do what's best for him and the program.
