Was in Lancaster Cty Pa this week, and the fleet vehicle failed, so I used Enterprise. The guy who picked me up played DIII football, and knew very well local guys that have played for us, and named Mike Callahan and Aaron Swinton right away. The staff must be doing well, as he said his HS teammates were really excited when the W&M crew came around, and they all thought it was a great school with a respected program.

Since we don't have a transfer thread for football, in reading up on the news that UVA RFr QB Nick Johns was transferring (we don't need a QB transfer), I noticed that UVA RFr OL Grant Polk had, also, announced his transfer last week. "Looking for academics and athletics", would we have room for another RFr OL (currently 5 RFr OL on roster) ? Three star recruit and at 6'6" 295, hard to ignore. DO NOT want to see him end up at Richmond.

Fitting 3,000th post as it celebrates my meeting Collin Parker tonight, rising freshman and preferred walk-on.

He refereed my son's basketball game tonight and I walked up to tell him I thought he called a good game. I had just told my wife how much I thought he looked like Marcus Thornton. He removed his ref shirt and had a Tribe Football shirt underneath. He said he'll report Aug 8th. He also informed Corey Parker is his brother.
