Nothing is a "been there, done that" kind of deal when it comes to Tribe basketball. Unless you meant been there, done that twice ever in the history of the program.

I don't see how you think that at all. UNCW has made the NCAA tournament 4 times since the year 2000, and 2 NIT appearances in 98 and 01. William and MAry's entire post-season history is 2 NIT tournaments, one of them being in the early 80s.

Can't fool me guys. I know how disappointed you'd be if you finish 1st but lose in Baltimore, especially in Thornton's senior year. You've been to postseason basketball much more recently than us (2010 vs 2006) and had much higher expectation going into this season (we were picked 9th). UNCW would be ecstatic with an NIT bid, whereas you guys badly want that first ever NCAA bid.

And I intend that as a compliment. Expectations have risen for W&M basketball over the last several years because of a strong play and deep CAA Tournament runs. Ours have only just risen this year.

You guys are by far the top team in the CAA right now. You're tied for first, hold the tie breaker and have the horses to make a deep run in the CAAT. Yet, after losses, you people act like you went from 1st to middle of the pack or worse in the conference. It's just not the case.

Also, knowing SN08, I'm pretty sure he was at least trying to compliment you. That's the difference between he and I. He actually means well. I don't care about your feelings. I'm rooting for you to lose and don't mind telling you.

We are in our the sky is falling phase after a loss. If we beat Northeastern Wednesday, some of us will be asking how we match up with Kentucky. Frankly, I am shocked we don't have a thread comparing UNCW to UNC since we played both.

On a more serious note, I wonder what is going to happen if we cannot play the game at Northeastern on Wednesday?
