I hope they stick to thier previous expansion model and take Ga State. Then Ga State 2.0 (UNCC) is in the same conference as the first version. It would basically soil all of CUSA as a football entity.

Add UNT, The F_Us to the mix and that looks like a good recipe for disaster. The bottom is the limit.

The only ones at this point I would want to leave the conference because they left....are...the Cajuns....and TXST.

So far Georgia Southern hasn't registered in that...but keep trying.

Listen junior UL has been trying leave since y'all we're still playing tiny tot football and most of our fans don't care. I assure you no one is scared of the new sheriff. You know GS brags about how much they have won but truth be told some of their fans never found out.....junior.

C-USA has nothing on Sunbelt in football. Even more so now with recent additions. It's all ignorant perception. SBC is in good shape so why feed the ego's over there? My 2 cents..

Agreed. This group in the SBC can go far. Now if they want to "move up" our refs to C-USA, then good riddance.

I am not convinced UAB is dropping football yet. This has set into motion a firestorm from UAB folks demanding football be retained.

And Arrowhead, I agree we got a couple of very crucial calls go our way at the end of the game yesterday. Without them we may have lost. We did have 2 TDs called back with holding penalties also. It seemed the calls were all against us until the last 8 minutes or so of the game when somehow we starting getting the calls: 2 in particular the offensive interference vs. ULM and the defensive holding penalty which negated an interception you guys had.

I gained alot of respect for ULM yesterday with the way you guys played when it would have been easy to just mail it in.

And, the truth isCUSA is better than the SBC in football at the moment.
