That'll teach us.
Maybe he's a Buddhist and doesn't realize we as Blazer fans already know the first lessons on "life is suffering".
Anime, You have been defending Pres. Watts and others on this issue for several weeks.. You have told us not to freak out over the ongoing concerns that have been raised. But let me ask a few questions...
How hard would it be to say a few words to the University, students, alumni, and future students that the football program is not going to be dismantled?
How hard would it be to say a few words for student athletes, not only football, but all our Blazers, that your future is secure at the university and we are not going to lose the 80+ football scholarships and the additional women sports scholarships, band scholarships, and others that would result from the loss of the football program?
How hard is it to tell potential 2015, 2016, 2017 student athletes and others that UAB athletics and other programs will be here for you, so if you want to come to UAB and not some other school, you can?
How hard is it to tell past athletes that we honor their time and sacrifices at UAB and we are not going to tarnish the history they created?
How hard is it? Its not! Plain and simple and takes less than a few dang minutes to MAN UP AND TAKE THE F%'in responsibility to say HEY GUYS AND GALS! GO BLAZERS IN 2017 AND BEYOND!
See...not hard....
GO BLAZERS!!! BEAT MARSHALL AND THE FREAKING BOT! #FREEUAB
