I think it depends on how you view the WR position. If you look at it from a catching standpoint, then i'd say Davis. If you look at it from a catching and running standpoint, then Braverman might be our number 1 WR.

I would, technically... but it's misleading, IMO. Braverman didn't play last year, but Davis did as frosh-of-the-year as was our #1. Braverman is an upperclassman who has established himself as the go-to guy... and IMO, Terrell's still in the visionary state of usually just aiming/seeing to throw to 1 guy for the most part. Given all that, in Execution, I would say Braverman is Still the "go to" (#1) receiver right now.

We do have a solid stable of receivers . . .

and Terrell has done a good job getting them the ball for the most part.

Braverman is playing as a redshirt sophomore, so technically not an upperclassman. has two years of eligibility left. Academically he may be a junior, but athletically he is an underclassman.

I still think that Davis is our number 1 wide receiver. We haven't had to throw the ball and force things because we have been able to run the ball. The one game that we couldn't run and had to throw the ball he didn't play. To me he's still the better wide out.

Braverman's involvement is not as often as a downfield threat though. With screens, reverses and quick hitters his stats he gets more touches but that doesn't make him the top WR.

I would say Corey Davis is still our number one WR. That's not to take anything away from Braverman.

I feel optimistic about our chances here. I think DD is pretty spot on, but if its a close game going into the 4th I really like our playmakers.
