I mean no disrespect or insult to you or your program, but you're just another program that filled a hole in a conference we left. I couldn't care less if we ever played one another.
What's truly funny is that you actually believe that.
Brother, I never drank the unicorn blood or MDMA or whatever runs through that creek. Right now, in 2014, Georgia Southern is the epitome of just another program, you haven't won **** at this level.
And don't mistake this for me saying MT is something special, we're just another program to tons of folks I'm sure, but GS is not the precious unique snowflake you've all been brainwashed to believe it is.
I anxiously await your gif...

Tired of hearing their rambling.
I know Marshall would be terrified. I would bet the rest of the conference would be too.

I will be equally impressed once CUSA gets their first P5 win. Looks like we might have to wait until 2015. Lol

Oh, the CUSA-holes are trying to talk to us again. Can't y'all go be losers on your own board? I'm afraid your suck is going to rub off.

As if fans from another conference posting on a message board actually had any bearing on...well... anything it's pretty generally accepted that CUSA is having the better season, but you're right...us posting here is going to make you suck.

Let's rehash the schedule again. Louisville cancelled. I wonder if Marshall has historically played more P5 programs than your Sun Belt powerhouse. HMMM, I am going to guess we have. Are you scared?
Look at actual results without your P5 bias. Marshall is 103 to 6 in the first half of against their first string. This has made after halftime basically a scrimmage game. Akron, who beat your precious P5 program Pitt by 11, lost to Marshall at home by 31. That score was also 41 to 3 at the half.
When you have an undefeated team scoring over 40 points per game, ranked 30 in the national AP and coaches poll, ranked as the highest G5 in Massey ratings, outscoring opponents 103 to 6 in the first half, and playing your second and third string in every game, get back to me. I will wait (likely forever).
Yep, we sure are scared of the Sun Belt. That Wake Forest win is just crazy scary.

No expansion team pimping allowed, WE ARE. We have had enough of you Liberty and North Florida types coming onto our board begging for an invite.

I'm just glad Marshall was able to pull away from Rhode Island in that tight first half battle. Rhode Island is probably one of the worst FCS teams out there that was the only win for GaSt in 23 tries.

I agree.
I'm glad to have them as a conference member, though.

Damn proud to be in this conference, and I know most of us are, too. We're not going to have the enemy come into our house without a fight. We like getting in there and ruffling some feathers. No love for the enemy. What's good for them is bad for us and vice versa.
And anyways, the COOSA guys bought it...
C'mon, let's have a good time!

I wouldn't schedule us either, we found us a conference with folks that like to play as hard as we do, we just might order up another Hurricane and stomp another mudhole into y'all. We didn't fill a spot you left, you left because we might be coming to your backyard. It's ok to say you're scared (and a little bit jealous).
Buddy, if that's the world you need to live in, have at it, but if you're trying to "rile me up", you're wasting your time.
You're talking smack about games played in an era that I wasn't even aware of the existence of either school. You "dialed up a hurricane" and "stomped a mudhole" into us? Cool story, I'm sure that was a blast for you. I turned 6 in 1989, I barely remember the hurricane itself.
That conference that "likes to play as hard as you do" we're one of the winningest programs in the history of that conference, but you're totally right, we left as a precaution just in case a school we hadn't played in nearly two decades finally moved up.
Again, I'm not sure if you actually believe the things you're saying, or if you're simply trying to ruffle my feathers, either way you're severely out of touch and if it's the latter, you should pick another target.
