The ACU stadium (Shotwell) belongs to the school district. ACU just announced they are building an OCS.

Gotcha. I've been to ACU to visit friends twice and could have sworn they had an OCS. Maybe it was just a track facility.

they always have a good track team so maybe it was a track stadium you saw..
