Good Game GSU.
I still feel like we lost. I dont even want to eat. Yall played with a lot of heart in your first D1 home game. I didnt expect it to be this close. Your fans were nothing but nice and the Tailgate area was surprisingly very good! Good luck to you the rest of the season!

Crowd...was Blah and what I expected for GSU. Troy Brought a large crowd. Atleast 5,000 Troy fans were in the stands. I would say maybe 10-13k there total.

Announced attendance was 17,732

On to my Trojans...03-puke

That was the worst game ive seen Troy play this year. Even MSU (where we put in back ups since we were getting blown out) 3 Turnovers, a Blocked punt, (which they scored on the next possession or two) Multiple penalties on Troy, and TWICE where we nearly let them run a Kick off return back for a TD. We are a better team than what I saw on the field today. We brought our D team to the dome this year. Lots of ramblings around the crowd saying its time for Blakeney to leave. It may be true.

Maybe we were overlooking GSU for WKU in 2 weeks. Its possible, because our team acted like they knew nothing about GSU today and were winging it. Who knows.

Seems like every team but South Alabama has had a game that caused their fanbase to weep.

So I'm guessing you all had a bad game against South Alabama, too? When will Troy stop having bad games? I mean, 2 bad games in a row? Maybe you all don't want to admit it, but you're probably just not as you hoped. Congrats on surviving in Atlanta against a start-up program. Hopefully Troy will stop having "bad" games.

We didnt really have a "bad game" with USA or Duke.

USA is a good team

Duke is also a good team who just beat Navy 35-7. Duke is 4-2 and will likely be bowling again (we took Duke down to the wire and had a chance to win it)

You got a win against South, but you really have some serious problems on defense. Work on that.

We know.

But it wasn't the problem today. Defense won the game by intercepting. And were 5-16 on 3rd down conversions.

Offense sucked today.

After what I saw today, I'm really not convinced that Troy is any better than a top-level FCS team. Heck, some of those FCS teams probably would have beaten you all today. This isn't a knock on Troy, but some of you act as if there is a huge gap when there really isn't one. Regardless, it was a good game and you all deserved to win. Hopefully, we will have our act together the next time we meet.

I'm pretty jazzed about the game. Troy is a good team. G State played well. Easily their best performance. Maybe this season will be more about the progress of the new guys than it is about the old. 04-cheers

Troy had 102 plays in the game....We are #10 in the country in number of plays per game I believe.

This is one of those few times where having that many plays is a bad thing. In this case Troy's defense is so poor that the opposing team is often able to match Troy score for score, forcing Robinson to have nearly a perfect game to win.

Our Defense leads the conference in Sacks tho. our Front line is good. its the pass we cant defend.

We are also 2nd in Passes Defended....( Buts thats only if we have someone defending other wise we are 8th)
