RE: Blakeney article in Savannah paper
In the video of the Auburn AD explaining that the Tigers as "full", you can actually see the B.S. flowing out of his mouth! Chunks of it.
Bama and Burn have played every other Sun Belt team except for Troy, and much of CUSA and I-AA. That's not coincidence.
Let's see. Auburn never has any room for little old Troy on its schedule, but it managed to play Arkansas State (2013 and 2010) several times, every other Sun Belt team, I-AA Western Carolina (this season), ULM (also 2010) and New Mexico State (2012), FAU, Utah State and I-AA Samford (2011), I-AA Tennessee-Chattanooga in 2010, Northwestern, Ball State, Louisiana Tech and I-AA Furman (2009), ULM (again!), Southern Miss and I-AA Tennessee-Martin (2008), Tennessee Tech, New Mexico State (again) and South Florida (which beat the Tigers!) in 2007, Western Kentucky and Ball State (again) in 2005, Louisiana Tech and ULM (yet again!) and I-AA The Citadel in 2004, Western Kentucky and ULM (They should join the SEC!) in 2003, ULM (yes, again!) and I-AA Western Carolina in 2002, Louisiana Tech and BSU (What is BSU, anyway?) in 2001, Wyoming, VU (who?), Louisiana Tech and Northern Illinois in 2000, Central Florida, Idaho and I-AA Appalachian State in 1999, Louisiana Tech and UCF in 1998 and 1997 and Fresno State, UAB and I-AA Northeast Louisiana in 1996.
These schedules represent millions (even tens of millions) of dollars paid to out-of-state programs.
