Nah...
I'd rather burn them.
The initial rumors were that we would do something like that, but too many people threw a fit.
Being this close to Austin, we had people call it insensitive to destroy the clothing when there are economically depressed individuals who could use it.
Instead, I believe they are donated to homeless shelters
Hard to tell a homeless Razorback fan from a regular Razorback fan most of the time.

Disrespect from Long and UAF, but what else is new. The distressing thing is that ASU fans seem to feel they can do the same to UALR. Long didn't even mention us and in these comments neither did ASU. Id rather be called Little Rock by Long or the ASU posters in this thread than not mentioned at all. What was that thing at the end of Animal Farm that the pigs started looking like the humans? More and more as ASU succeeds in football (which I'm happy about, BTW), the Red Wolves are starting to look more and more like the pigs.

Without football, UALR is going to end up not getting the same amount of attention on our end. Especially since football is now the king of campus.
You are right though, I thought of Pine Bluff, Conway, several D2 schools, but not our arch rivals from Little Rock. My apologies.

There is a difference. We are rivals. We talk trash at each other. But we play each other. It's a nice healthy sports hate.
There is nothing healthy about the UA in-state situation.

I'm pretty sure that the State Legislature stepped in for this to happen. Michigan has been especially hard hit by the economic downturn and it was a way to keep State funds in-state.
I wish all MAC States would do this. It's a win-win and the only potential harm would come in the form of a "big-boy" taking one on the chin.

Huh? All I've ever noticed is ASU fans asking why UALR fans never chime in when Long does his one state, one team routine.

Every school in Arkansas is screwed over. But ASU is the only one that is far enough along to generate some noticeable fan blowback.
UALR has had to shut down academic programs (German language for instance) but Long is crying about not getting a third basketball arena. Obscene really.
Conway folks may be waking up a tiny bit. Let's hope Little Rock folks do too.

UAF screws us all over, no doubt about it. Our fans have been awake, and fired the first volley at the pigs with Newell back in the 80's. unfortunately we now have an ad that not only rolls over at this but is running the athletic program into the ground.

UAF. They crow about being in the SEC, but what have they done. At least in the SWC, they won championships consistently in ever sport.
