We recv'd our tickets and didn't see any such items....I assumed it was only for the full price season tickets...

Hmm, that's weird. I had 3 Huskieland tickets and they all had them. (It is one of the tickets on the ticket sheet - the last one)

I finally ordered my tickets midway through summer (in Section E; not that I think it matters). They came with no ticket sheet, and just all individually printed tickets (with pictures), but no MACC/Bowl voucher was included. I have yet to inquire about it, but I presume it was something that was just missed in the package for people who ordered later (after all other accounts had been 'sent to the printer').

Same as us, likely we just missed Pj's boat

Large screen TV's and/or projectors/projector screens in the IPF. They have the turf down so it is kind of like being in the stadium and I would guess the electric is up so that shouldn't be a problem. The building should also be done enough that safety shouldn't be much of a concern.

Make sure you pick them up! The West Stands of Huskie Stadium are nearly SOLD OUT! Move quickly!"

Is this possible????
Nope, the past 2 seasons and last saturday didn't actually happen. It's still the night after the 2010 MACC and you are dreaming after that painful loss and the coach who didn't want to talk to you people...don't wake up!

Damn it..... I may need a sleeping pill

How about opening up the Convo and broadcasting the game on the scoreboard for anyone that is turned away due to the sell out. Have a pep band and sell concessions. If the Convo is too big for this, do it in a smaller setting. Collect cash donations from all fans inside the stadium and also from the overflow crowd to help fund a stadium upgrade so no fan ever again needs to miss a home game. Go all out and really spoil anyone that is turned away at the gates ensuring that they have a first class and fun experience.

Cart way before the horse. If this is a sellout, it's their first since what Iowa State or WMU in 03? I don't think you need to add more seats when you sellout once every 60 home games.

Even if no more tickets were sold between now and Saturday morning of the 21st, walk-ups would probably take care of the remaining tickets available.

With students only needing to scan their ID this year will they still be able to get in? Do they hold seats back for students since they will not be getting tickets?

Yes this is a special set of circumstances for this game, you have the Orange Bowl and many incoming freshman want their first football experience after enrolling at NIU probably for that reason, you have MANY MANY business/union functions/band days planned for that night with the condensed home schedule making available dates more minimal, and you are bringing in an in-state team which just embarrassed and dominated a pretty good FBS team whose fan base is pretty jacked up right now. It is the perfect storm for a sellout. Unfortunately we will be right back at 10k for our next game.

Very exciting - I hope it is a sellout. The team deserves nothing less. I can't believe we have to wait two more frickin' weeks. 03-weeping

Yeah, there is no way in hell only 10K show up for homecoming or any home game at that. Even WMU should have more than 10k. If the Huskies are 5-0, beating both Iowa and Purdue on the road, I can't imagine how homecoming isn't close to sold out.

It is just hard to suppress the frustration of what this conference and NIU has done to itself with getting support and fans at games. I'm getting better through time lol

The fact that Iowa tickets were soldout gives me hope that attendance numbers won't be embarrassing this season

Only 8 tickets available on stubhub. I don't know if that's a good or bad sign.

The first game will set the bar for students. Especially with the incoming freshman. If they experience what Huskie Stadium has been in the past, they will keep coming back.
