Your school is only halfway in the conference anyway, so what are you so proud of? Convince your school to bring your basketball program to the Belt and I'll at least consider making a fool out of myself for you.

That's why your school flew as soon as the WAC came calling. You will do the same if the MWC makes an offer.

NMST Fan is the first Aggie I have met that would encourage going over to another conference site like that and trolling. NMSU fans will go and bug rival UNM when we are playing but that is it. This is one NMSU fan that does not represent NMSU WELL AND CLEARLY NOT THE SBC. I am sorry for this thread to come about and that an Aggie fan would go to another board and act like an idiot. NMSU Fans generally do not act this way. It may have been something done on the WAC board but does not need to be brought to our future football conference. NMSU and its fans are grateful to have a home for football.

Our president has made it known that he wants all NMSU athletics in the same conference. If an invite were to come from the SBC for our oly-sports I am sure it would be excepted. That being said if an all sports invite to another conference were to come NMSU would most likely accept it. Presently I do not see that happening anytime soon.
