We didn't play ut.... Volleyball scoring is like tennis. I can go to deuce every game and 7-5 every set, but if I lose 2-0 or 3-0 and get beat in straights I got thumped. If you cannot close out a set you got thumped.

And cheif, fan support is one reason we have a top 25 team and you guys don't.

Swac? Isn't that where you came from? I never played competitively or coached but I know the sport pretty well. Learned a lot once I got on campus. Wku will run roughshod, book it.

No one is questioning your team is the best. Y'all are a great example of how a disciplined team can have better results than one who isn't but is far talented. Your coach is great and has taken a team that filled the lower half of DI and turned WKU into a nationally competitive program.

What we are saying is that 3-0 isn't always a thumping. Hypothetical scores of 25-23, 25-22 and 25-21 is a 3-0 sweep, but every set is close. A 3-0 match of 25-15, 25-18 and 25-17 is a thumping. You didn't do that to Texas State.

I love watching WKU's lady volleyball. Those girls play they're a$$ off. And they sure ain't bad on the eyes either

BTW, a thumping is what WKU did to us in the second set.

I stick to my opinion. If you cannot take a set, you got thumped. I got thumped many times on the tennis court.
