UTA sweeps a SWAC school and then is swept by Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

UTA defeats former Sun Belt team as well as former WAC conference foe Denver in five sets. Will play East Carolina and Appalachian State tomorrow.

Lady tops getting back on track. takes down a good dayton squad 3-1 on their home court.

TXST rebounds from tough loss to Texas Tech in 5 sets earlier in the week, to take down Texas - San Antonio in 5 sets.

The Mavericks lose to Appalachian State to start the day, then beat East Carolina.

BTW, that was the end of the non-conference season, UTA is 7-6 heading into conference.

WKU wins over western michigan and wright state today. We have dropped the last set we plan on dropping this season. moving on to conference play at 10-4. Losses to USC, Ohio St, Ohio, and Florida St. Won't get back onto our home court for the NCAA, but barring a disaster we should be safely in with a decent bid.
