TXST beat the crud out of Houston, Idaho and New Mexico State. They played Navy, San Jose State, LA tech and Nevada close, but still lost to UTSA in a squeaker and almost lost to FCS SFA.

First of all, thanks for the support. However, this is the second year in a row where Coach JJ blew the season opener at home against a team we should have beaten soundly in a game blown at the last second.

This team has players that can play (much more so than last year). Do we have a coach that can actually pull the pieces together. I didn't expect a winning season this year, I just expected us to play at least at to our abilities.

I hate to say but I've seen it before when we had Bustle. Your team didn't seem ready to play anyone. I saw some signs of greatest that will shine through as the season progresses but your coach should have had them ready to play.
