Wouldn't bother me if you played the game at Chatty as long as you're not scheduling future games at FCS schools. I have no problem with a school playing out it's contracted games that were made while in the FCS. Just like our (Apps) game with McNeese, I wouldn't have cared if we kept it. But, like the GaSt fans here expect with their Chatty game we canceled the game at McNeese.

Nobody is faulting Gast for signing the contract. Just saying it isn't out of character for G-State to break unwritten scheduling rules, which is what you were talking about.

I believe State would just take the buyout option that is apart of the contract with Chatty.

We were an FCS independent and there were a limited number of signable games. When youre not in a conference its not always easy to sign 11 or 12 games. Could they have found an option better than traveling to West Alabama? Maybe (actually I say yes). Would they do it again? No, not after the hell they caught from the fan base for W Ala. Do you think New Orleans would allow an SBC school to travel to an FCS school? LOL...um no.

There is enough to bust state's balls about. No need to push their buttons on this topic. :) It's pretty obvious that they will buy chatt out of that game and either host a FCS or take another money game in its place.

I am guessing we play Chatty here again or another FCS. Most of the ACC and SEC schools already have 4 OOC set and we have 2 payday games. So the goal would be an FBS home game and the holy grail a P5 home game.
