2. Arkansas-Little Rock - Absolutely nothing.
3. Arkansas State - Solid program.
4. Georgia State - Don't know what to expect.
5. Georgia Southern - Don't know what to expect.
6. Idaho - Maybe it's time to consider 1-AA
7. Louisiana Lafayette - Solid program under Hud.
8. Louisiana Monroe - The little engine that could. Despite all odds they manage to shock and amaze me.
9. New Mexico State - Bad location and program see Idaho above.
10. South Alabama - Very promising school.
11. Texas-Arlington - Absolutely nothing.
12. Texas State - Very promising school.
13. Troy - The giant killers in the early days of the Belt.
14. Western Kentucky - Great basketball and up and coming football team.

You do know that Justin Wilson was from Amite Louisiana which isn't Cajun Country. That over the top accent was an act and certainly not Cajun. Heck the last name suggest Anglo heritage.
