I like it. Glad you guys didn't go with the new trend of putting a cityscape, etc on the court.

I guess they're committing to the logo-in-the-state-outline thing as a major mark going forward. I dig it -- it has a good center court image but maintains simple, clean lines throughout the rest of the court. Not like the tequila-induced vomit splatter that is the Oregon court.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. You can tell how good an idea the PSOM was by how many schools have adopted something similar. I like the ODU logo though.

I like the Virginia/ODU logo, but don't think that would've been the one I would've put on the center of the basketball court

Except that it's blue, an entirely different state, and an animal vs a pirate's face in there.

Good thing we're not directionally branded or anything. Having "East Virginia" down the sideline would just be over the top.

I think the PSOM logo looks great. Like most your ECU grads I have never seen the inside of Minges, but I do like it on your football field. It is ironic though that anyone sporting the AAC logo avatar would mention imitation.

I like it except for the font, and I'm surprised you guys realized the state extends past Richmond & NOVA given your loud statements towards everything Western VA.

J/k -- I read the history of Big Blue on your website.

Something's off about this one. I don't think it looks as good as the PSOM and I'm not saying that because I'm an ECU guy.

The lion looks undefined to me and the shape of Virginia doesn't jump out because of all the blue/grey. I see the face clearly but the rest is weird.
