I don't see KSU losing another and still being top 12. I think they are either the B12 champs or don't go. They already got beaten badly yesterday and we saw last year that they don't have a lot of appeal to the Sugar Bowl.
Here's the thing though... If KSU loses- Oklahoma wins Big 12. They go Fiesta. Texas is in top 14. They become the favorite for the Sugar to potentially play Texas A&M.
