Well I am running on 4 hours sleep. Left Monroe this morning on my way to see the saints. As far as ULM and the beat Ibelievewehaveas good of a choice as anyone. This offense can scor can eat mclock. Baylor WRs were too much and not enough pressure. Still we were right there. Can we go undefeated in conference? I think the talent is there. Will we? I doubt it as no one has yet. My fearless prediction os ULM will finish somewhere between 1-11 and 10-2! Book it!! :)

Wow. I just looked at my post. No sleep and autocorrect are dangerous. Not mclock but clock. Chance not choice. It made perfect sense when I typed it

I would think the opposite would be true.

If ULM ends up being a middle of the pack SBC team this year would show the conference is stronger.

IMO there are 3-4 teams better than ULM in the SBC this year.

ULM just jumped out of the starting gate a little faster, but I look for some other teams to show dramatic improvement in Conference play.

Should be a very exciting year in the SBC.

Too bad about this. ULM might have been ranked if they had won. Oh well.

A couple of teams have been undefeated in conference including last year but I agree that it is unlikely this year. Most were picking FIU, stAte or UL in preseason but it appears ULM, WKU and Troy have joined that group and UNT appears to be improved. I think 6-2 wins it this year and a repeat of 2005 with 5-3 winning it might be possible.

RE: I'm calling it now...Warhawks will steamroll the Belt.
No offense, but you can say that for just about every (decent team sorry FAU just not there yet) team in the Belt this year. Almost everyone has had some close loses and good games where they could be 3-0 right now if the ball rolled their way in a couple plays (with the exception of stAte vs. O). We have a good conference this year guys and its something to be proud of, but to say that ULM is any better than the others is in my opinion not true. They wont steam roll the conference by any means, and I think that UL and ULM will have one hell of a battle. Good luck to everyone today, and this is just my opinion dont kill me if you dont agree. 04-cheers

I love how everyone is praising Browning. He's the same QB that ran out of bounds with no time left at Cajun Field as his team lost to the Cajuns.

Oh, you mean when he was playing with a cracked sternum? Yeah, he's definitely the same QB...

So his cracked sternum cause him to run out of bounds?

One thing is certain. Tulane is in for a rough two week stretch. Ulm in new orleans next week and the cajuns at cajun field the following week.

Two more in the sun belt v cusa win column.

Congrats to ULM on a very fine, competitive OOC season.. It gets real now. There are 5-6 teams that roll with this thing... ULM is 1-2, nothing more, nothing less. Lets get it on and may the best team win

I believe they are singing his praises because he has 1097 yards in total offense through 3 games. Avg 307 yds passing and 59 yds rushing

I don't understand how anyone can minimize Browning's efforts right now. Dude is balling.

What happened last night is what I worried would happen. Hopefully ULM can keep momentum going because they are facing a desperate Tilane team next weak.

Luckily in addition to beind desperate, they are also ******.

I have a different opinion I suppose. I think having at least one program each year that really stands out will help get the conference noticed. More than having a team that gets noticed go on to lose 3 more games and end 7-5. People won't think 'oh wow the whole conference is solid.' they will more likely think 'oh, I guess they weren't that good after all'. Look at the SEC. It's not always the same team winning it all, but someone IS winning it all. That's caused a change in perception from the top conference being the BIG10 to the SEC in the past decade.

I am very disappointed that we didn't win last night, but I am still very proud of this team and community. It showed if we win they will come. I think we destroy Tulane next weekend, but I think conference play will be tough. I do think ULM, even if we don't win conference, will have our first winning season and will go to our first bowl. I also think if we can beat Tulane and MTSU will come home to another nice crowd for FAU. People had a great time and saw a hard fought game. I'm proud to be a Warhawk and members of this fine conference. Good luck in your games today guys!

The attendance was over 30K cant remember exactly, but it was an awesome crowd. Great game ULM, some games just arent meant to be won. You guys have done an awesome job, gaining exposure for ULM and the SBC. Keep up the good work, and you may be bowling.
