RE: tiger lane damaged
Jan. 6 — More than 100 tons of trash was left behind after the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl football game in Pasadena, Calif., on Jan. 2.

According to the Pasadena Sun, about 50 tons of trash, 3,500 beverage containers and five tons of cardboard were left along the parade route.

A crew of 80 workers scrubbed the streets and collected debris after the event, which drew hundreds of thousands of people and also sparked an Occupy the Rose Parade demonstration. The protesters left furniture and safety hazards such as fire pits, public works officials told the paper.

Spectators at the game produced around 50 tons of garbage, 30 tons of cardboard and 100,000 drink containers, the Sun reported.

"It´s important to have the roads cleaned up because we want to present ourselves to the city and community in a good light," Andy Torres, superintendent of Street Maintenance and Integrated Waste Management, told the Sun. "Generally speaking, it´s business as usual the next day."

The SHC always destroys the fairgrounds worse than even a seldom seen sellout UM game.

Man do I feel sorry for people who have to live amongst people who can't or are unwilling to dislodge themselves of this old, outdated, and dehumanizing poison that harbors in cities like Memphis and other areas in the south mostly.
Right, couldn't be that it's just a normal and justified complaint about some people (I'll wait for you to attack that one) that have no home training or respect for property, whether it be their own or others.

I'd say that being naive about things and being scared to stand up for what's RIGHT is what's really "poisoning" our country.

I don't condone unruly behavior, I just sense something else it at play here. Tens and thousands of recording and picture taking devices and yet not one single photo has been posted.

No need to clean up after ourselves anymore, the government will do it. Heck, before you know it we won't have to make any decisions at all.

L.A. riots ring a bell? Rodney King may have disagreed with you...

Anyway this is about being considerate and respectful to property that you don't own, nor pay for. Just because this type of **** happens after most SHC games doesn't make the folks complaining racists.

Firstly I have no allegiance to a race, that allegiance lies with Creator, MY country and its heritage and traditions amongst other things. See I don't believe in this divisiveness nonsense, glad that I've evolved in that respect. Never mentioned anything about racists.

Just curious, did anyone actually see any of the damage claimed in the OP? Any pictures? A link of any kind?

Seems like an awful lot of complaining but not a lot of proof.

I think the point is, in this case, for this game, it's NOT up to us. It's up to the organizers and patrons of the SHC. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem.

I would be super-pissed if I showed up tomorrow to my spot, and found a couple of spike-marks through the pavement, or spray-paint all over it.

Yeah I'm the reason, right. Chicken bones? My surrogates are of Hungarian/United Kingdom ancestry or what you might call "white". See I don't do this white community, black community thing, we are Americans we don't belong to a Community, at least thats how I live and my people in LA and Orange County. We explore our own interests and whatever motivates us, along with that comes people from different groups religions standing side by side and so on...

I honestly don't support black college institutions, desegregating is rather unwise in today's modern American society. Now I'm willing to bet there were atleast 23 people who were tidy and disposed of their chicken parts
and wiped the seat for you.... :)
