Class of 2012 Part II
I thought I'd start another 2012 class thread because for the last few months everytime it goes to a new page I am unable to see new posts for about 12 hours. Strange I know...

Has Madaris set an announcement date?

Also, I saw Rivals finally evaluated Alex Pace and he's rated a 3-star 5.6

Great idea Marcus. I was having same problem.

Unfortunately I can't offer any updates on Madaris.....not connected like that.

Sounds like he and Kinsey may be best bets for late gets here.

Sorry to say guys, but Rivals is reporting Kinsey has committed to WVU. Not sure what happened here as we seemed to be the front runner for him. Odd because he just visited UConn and was scheduled to visit UL this weekend. He visited WVU back in October so odd that he decided to pull the trigger for them just now.

Sibiea visited Minnesota this past weekend. It sounded like he was strongly considering them after his visit. Not sure if he's re-considering UC or not.

Just saw that. Wonder if someone jumped the gun. Last I saw he wanted to announce on NSD so it could be a case of someone reporting it and stealing the kid's thunder. Crazy

Wow West Virginia would be a strange choice for Kinsey. They seemed to be a non-factor for him even after his official there. Maybe they ended up telling him they didn't have room after he committed. Who knows. Strange they would run the story and then pull it.

Based upon this, that sounds like the most likely explanation.

Would someone be willing to give an updated breakdown on the expected class, the ones wavering, and the targets for this last week.

Really hoping for a completely off the wall commit on NSD like Monte Taylor a couple years ago that was on nobody's radar. Got to keep things interesting.

OT but Rutgers is really killing it on the recruiting trail. Just picked up a commitment from a 4 star OT JJ Denman from PA who was committed to Wisconsin previously. They already have a commitment from another top 15 OT from PA Chris Muller and are believed to be favored for top 100 targets Yuri Wright, Devin Fuller and Darius Hamilton (#11 overall player per rivals). Impressive for a team that's never really won at a high level.

Whoever is Rutgers offensive line recruiter seems to just kill it. They always seem to pull some big time OL recruits.
