So how long is the list

So how long is the list
of Sun Belt coaches that have been hired away to be head coach at a bigger program?


I guess it is a good thing for the conference for this type thing to happen - but it sure sucks for stAte right now . . .

If it goes national here is a short list to start with

Clint Conque: UCA head coach
Terry Bowden: North Alabama HC
Chris Hatcher: Murray State HC
Paul Petrino: Former Illinois OC
Scott Maxfield: Henderson State (D2) HC
Kris Cinkovich: Arkansas WR Coach

at one point some were wondering why LaTech didn't hire Conque when Gary Crowton left for Chicago Bears (Conque was his OC)

Bowden is in his 50s so you'd have an experienced HC, capable, and would more-than-likely be there more than a year...

My main concern with Conque is why did he get turned down when he tried to get a position coach job at LSU. That bothers me.
