WKU played Xavier la Saturday and won by 12 I believe. This was a veteran NAIA team that has gave us fits for three years now. I like the promise that our team showed but three of the top four in scoring came from freshmen and that's scary unless you are UK . I think the future is bright but so much youth rarely turns out very good.

keep me updated amigo. i like this site to keep track of other team's players.

right now i'm building an altar with a 1/8 scale model of tony mitchell doing the dunk that made jordan famous.

i couldn't pick him out of a police lineup but from what i understand the sun belt has never had a player capable of carrying his gym bag through the airport.

can't wait to see him hoop it up. i love the hoops. i can appreciate a player for another team and admit he's better than ours. hint...hint...skully maroo.

You may not have asked yet...but at some point during the year, you are going to ask, so we might as well keep you updated.

you know as well as I do, we're going to be getting tony Mitchell updates from UNT fans all year. Heck till he becomes eligible we'll probably hear about what he had for lunch.
For all of the preseason hype Tony Mitchell has been getting this preseason, I'm kind of surprised we haven't seen more posts. It's been pretty tame so far.

Tony Mitchell or no, it's tough to get a huge head when you have so little starters from last year returning.

Still football season really, with the new stadium for you guys its kept people interested in football (Or in Mean Green Matt's case Womens Soccer 05-stirthepot) longer. I imagine we'll hear alot more once football starts winding down in a couple weeks.

i just sharted in my hanes from homie saying it's been tame.

lmao....it'll be worse than troy foolsball pre this year.
Naw, It's still college basketball. Everyone knows anything happens and he's only one guy. No reason to think we have everyone else beat before the season even starts. In fact, there's a lot of reasons to think it might take a while for our team to get something going.

FAU shakes off some rust but wins.

FINAL:

Lynn 53 FAU 64

Scary stat of the night is FAU's 3 point shooting.

1-14, 7.1%

Students showed up in FORCE for an exhibition game! Very good sign that the momentum from last years season has carried over. Not a empty seat in that section.

Also heard that only a hundred tickets remain for the George Mason home opener on the 19th.

people follow a winner. good for jarvis and good for fau. it's awesome what's going on down there. not slamming fau but in the past the attendance was a joke. for him to be building it up is impressive. he's pretty much started from scratch too.
