I was at all of the first three on opening day. I loved those movies as a kid. I would like to have this set. I've only seen the movies and a special on how the special effects were done.

Since I have already bought all of the DVD's I think I'll wait for the 3-D blue rays, LOL.

I can't tell you how much I loved Star Wars as a kid. My Milleneum Falcon toy was my prized possession at one time.

I couldnt agree more about the changes sucking. Solo shot first! One thing i noticed in this release about that scene is the sped it.up to make it look like Han and Greedo shot simultaneously...

star wars related...according to Hollywood 'standards of accounting' Return of the Jedi (adjusted for inflation, the 15th highest grossing film of all time) after three decades, is still not profitable so Lucas is able to avoid paying residuals to actors...

For you younger people here, in the old days, there were actually these places called drive-in theaters where you actually watched the movie from your car.

Sometimes, the more interesting show was in the other cars and not on the screen.

The Flintstones had drive in movies too.

The biggest tragedy ever in Star Wars history, even greater then Jar Jar Binks, was making it so that Greedo shot at Solo first.

HAN SHOOTS FIRST!

That was your first image of the rogue that is Han Solo. Greedo was dumb enough to let Han get anywhere near his blaster and he paid for it with his life. It made Han seem like such a badass. This guy would blow you away if you crossed him without even blinking.

Now it looks like he has some sort of spasm and reacts to Greedo's shot.
