I could see San Antonio getting the H-bowl and adding the SBC to play the Wac.

Yes for adding new games, but not for moving existing bowl licenses. The RUMOR is San Antonio is interested in buying the license to the H Bowl. One, it's just a rumor San Antonio is actually interested in buying it. Two, there is only internet rumor that Boise is interested in selling. It's a rumor based on a rumor! It could be true, although space aliens also could be trying to buy the H Bowl and move it to Roswell.

The H Bowl will either be sold or be terminated.

That bowl is good for only two teams. Boise and Idaho. IU never makes bowls and BSU always plays in a better bowl. This bowl should be in TX or FL, not in the northwest.
