I was one of the posters praising Wash, Jr on our board. I think the kid is probably the most talented freshman I have seen play at Halton, and that is saying alot considering some of the frosh that CUSA has put out.

I have seen players that are athletic freaks like him....but not a PG that could finish like that. Some of his finished were just flat out unfair!

I do think he shot too much at times, but he looked like the best offensive option out there by far, so i'm sure he felt pressure to score. He will learn to get others involved, he is young.

Also, he's gotta little cockiness (not a bad thing). Talking smack to the fans, etc. Generally, that pissses me off, but he was having fun with it and having a good time playing...seemed like he kept a good head about him.

Game was tight all the way...although I dont really wanna play ya'll cause I think at home you will be a really tough out in the tourney, I kinda do, cause I think the players would have fun.

I really did enjoy watching DWash he will be something in a few years.. Who knows you guys might get a chance at revenge at your place. Heckler, the refs SUCKED big time - both ways.

However, there were more bad calls against us which resulted in the 35-15 FT advantage you guys had.

I am usually the last one to say that referees cost us a game. There have been many cases where many others were complaining about refs, but I actually thought it was a decently called game. However, in this case, he DID get hosed.

We deserved to win that game by 20. We killed you on the boards. We shot well. We held you to a fairly low percentage. We had a game with relatively few turnovers (even though the refs created several for us when we got bumped out of bounds of the ball came within a foot of the sideline). Sure we could have made a few more FTs down the stretch or got a couple of key rebounds and won the game anyway, but it shouldn't have come to that.

We took it like a man - a man in a SF bath-house. We got screwed and we are dealing with it. Now go home and enjoy your victory.

A future low-major confrence. Let's see, we could stay in C-USA or maybe we could drop football and move to the A-10 like ya'll. Hope you win every tournament from now on, 'cause we know that will be the ONLY way you make it to the big dance.
