Orlando = High 71 & low 51

Frisco pretty much averages a "freezing" low in January.

Since you brought it up, this has been something I wondered about.

What does a city offer to bid on the game? Do they offer the NCAA money to host it there? How much does the NCAA get for having the game there?

And I mention Orlando because it's my number 1, but why could the NCAA not paid for to rent a soccer stadium in Florida, CA, New Orleans, Washington DC, etc?

I assume the city probably offers assistance from their chamber of commerce to promote it. Is that that beneficial?

What is it that Frisco bid for the game that was so massive? DD, do you know that Orlando did not bid on the FCS NC? The whole bid thing... I've always wondered about that. Did Frisco guarantee to buy 1,000 seats? I doubt Frisco paid the NCAA $1,000,000 each year to play the game in Frisco, less stadium rental of course.
