Average January weather:

Frisco = High 55 & Low 33
Orlando = High 71 & low 51

Frisco pretty much averages a "freezing" low in January.

Huge difference IMO

Frisco = bid to host
Orlando = did not bid to host

MASSIVE difference IMO
