all indications I'm getting is that the inside is impressive. As long as that pans out I'll be ok with the average-at-best exterior.

the HVAC blunder is exactly that. The Carrier drive side isn't bad; it's concealed. The university blvd side is awful. The ends are exposed so you see everthing from levels 2+ in the parking deck, Costco, and all along the road on that corner of the building. The Sensera cam is a good example. The wall stops 20 feet short of the HVAC system and does not wrap around the end of it at all. It looks like trash, and in 5 years when all that metal begins to rust it's going to really look like trash.
