bad math? Not sure. I'd like to think the source is more accurate, but totals of $111M and $127M are not very close for fuzzy math. At any rate the parking deck is complete and the construction page is updated to reflect completion cost. As pointed out earlier I think the 88M for the Bank was a bond figure approved by Richmond, and JMU was pushing for things such as the Charter wall to scrounge up an extra Mil (which they were able to achieve), yet JMU got a little more precise with the 86.7M figure.
