The upper deck looks legit. The lower deck looks like they didn't build it at the optimal steepness compared to the upper deck, but the camera makes it hard to determine the exact angle. We will see eventually.
It will be interesting to see what the specs are for % grade and how that compares to the industry standard.
If nothing else, they should have learned from the sideline seating at the Convo for what NOT to do. Low angle seating Sux for spectators and it robs the team of home court advantage. Opponents should feel uncomfortable like fans are right on top of them.

of the things Towson got right in their new arena was the nice steep angle of their lower level seating which is where most fans in the CAA sit anyway due to low attendance.
