Looks like most of the parts of the crane are there, both tracks and the boom assembly. The crane will be assembled and move along the area that has the big wooden beams on the ground, currently all the boom pieces are on top of it. The wooded blocking helps spread the load of the cranes weight over the ground so it does not sink into the ground. See that sort of setup a lot here in Northern VA with all the data center construction going on here.

Should see some steel work showing up soon I would assume!!
