If the Sun Belt needs two members, EKU and JSU may come in as a pair - one for a travel partner for App and the other to replace USA/Troy/GSU/GS.

First, you are assuming a lot if you think C-USA is going to come to an agreement on adding another program at this time, much less one in the East. Anyone of one them need 10 votes and right now they don't have it.

Second, the same divide exist in the Sun Belt Conference. I see no way your package deal is going to work without compromise on New Mexico State. Waiting on one FCS program is problematic, but two? That is not going to happen, there are not enough votes from Western members to get that done period.
