Yep, I updated my post. 6'3 WR/FS out of Cinci.

Interesting fact is that Hayes has NFL ties. Father is a coach for the Bengals. Also interesting, is that makes the 2nd commit with NFL ties. WR Conlan's dad played for a minute in the NFL.
