Question RE: let's get this tread to a million!
On June 4, 1991 (Back when the Braves were going from worst to first after stinking to high heaven for most of the previous 2 decades) Otis Nixon had been stealing all day on Phillies pitcher Wally Ritchie. (video not from that game, but from another game to show how good a player Nixon was at the time, where Nixon set the modern National League record of 6 SB in a game against Nixon's form team the Montreal Expos):

So, Ritchie gets tired of it and throws at Nixon:

Of course, Phillies remembered and had their relief pitcher at the next series return the favor against Nixon on June 19, 1991. Roger McDowell (the "Second Spitter" from the famous Seinfeld episode "the boyfriend" featuring Keith Hernandez) would later become (and still is) the Pitching Coach for the Atlanta Braves, first under Bobby Cox later under current (for the time being) Braves manager Freddy Gonzales:

The Braves were up 9-2 in that game on June 19, 1991, with Tom Glavine striking out 12, through 8 innings, and, in the only ejection of Hall of Famer Tom Glavine's career, he was asked to throw at former Braves legend and Two-time NL MVP and all-around "nice guy" dale Murphy, who was at the end of his career playing for the Phillies:

Later on, Dale Murphy explains how "history" works in baseball:
