See, you don't understand the math that they teach at DSU (David State University). 2/7 is 0.28. Round that to the closest tenth is 0.3. Round 0.3 to the closest 12th is 0.33333. Round that to the closest twentieth is 0.35. Round that to the closest 5th is 0.4. Round that to the closest sixth is 0.5. Round that to the closest 11th is 0.54545454....

0.54 is obviously more than half, therefore "mostly Minnesota".

I actually had a physics teacher in high school who believed that because 0.48 rounds to 0.5, it also rounds to 1 instead of 0.
