You never know, there may be other factors at play such as location and relationships on that staff. Harrisonburg is pretty isolated so living there isn't for everyone. Some people would just prefer to be in more of a metro area, which is understandable particularly for younger assistants. I've never lived in the 'burg outside my time in school but I can see how it might not be the most attractive place for a young guy to call home. I'm 100% speculating on this, I really have no idea if that has anything to do with it. I just don't really look at it as ODU raiding our coaching staff.

Cignetti has been in the business long enough that I've got confidence that he'll bring in talented coaches to replace these guys. Of course you'd like to have continuity on your staff especially given the performance over the course of this past season but it's the nature of the business. We'll be OK.
